Beautiful property, gorgeous views. Quiet, spacious, and felt luxurious. Only con that was a mild hindrance was the climate control isn’t zoned and it gets hot upstairs on a hot day and it doesn’t get cool enough. Running the ceiling fans helps. Furnishings were great! Views and wildlife were so special, and we wanted to spend so much time there because it was so pretty-felt magical and an oasis. Neighbors are so friendly as well. It’s a gem in SanDestin!!

Great vacation spot for our family, being right on the bay gives you an awesome water feel throughout your whole stay and is just a quick ride to the ocean.

Incredible Accommodations and Host!

Hard to beat this rental. Great location, stunning views, spacious accommodations, cool golf cart and first class host who made the entire stay smooth and pleasant. Would highly recommend!

The kids were able to safely wade in the water and look for shells. The golf cart was a huge bonus to access the beach and several pools.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 962 has a beautiful view. The porch has 2 gliders that my mom spent a lot of time in while we were there. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The 6 seater golf cart was very nice and we were able to use it and not have to get in our car while we were there.

Gorgeous Bay View

Condo was very spacious with amazing view. Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We gave the 2nd story balcony room to our teenage daughter and her friend which was perfect for their privacy. Golf cart was very nice with great battery life. Walking distance to large pool with beautiful view of Bay as well. The mens also enjoyed fishing daily in the nearby ponds and in the Bay. This has been our 5th time staying at Sandestin we love the Baytowne area it’s for the young and old. The only issues we had were minor, the sliding door was very tough to open and close and our bathroom toilet paper holder fell off every time so we just left it off….minor but annoying

Crab Island Trip

Third time in a row renting from My Vacation Haven that the golf cart that supposedly comes with unit, doesn’t work. We were told that Management would be giving us an update but never heard one word just like the last few times. Never offered any refund of sort. When I book with you, I want a golf cart, not a broken one😡

Ronda, we apologize if there was an inconvenience during your stay. Our golf carts are included as an amenity with the property and sometimes they have problems. When this occurs, we work quickly to repair them and sometimes we need the assistance of a third party or we need to order a part and await delivery. While we work hard to keep every cart in operation all summer long, we apologize if we were not able to provide this for you. We do hope you loved the property and that it met the needs of your group. Thank you for staying and we do hope you were able to have a wonderful family trip despite any problems that occurred.

The A/C does not remove humidity! Honestly should be taken off rentalarlet and updated. Location is amazing. A lot to be desired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the rental was lovely and so close the golf course. The golf cart was excellent. Driving it was lots of fun. I really enjoyed the fitness center and several of the classes I attended. There were a few things that we were disappointed with the rental. The internet was very spotty and I used my hot spot for better streaming. The rental has a very nice layout and so much light, but some updates are a bit needed, such as the counter tops and the cabinets need some tender loving care. The beds and linens were very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils however the pots and pans were very limited for extended stay.
