Next to all the attractions that Branson has to offer. Outdoor pool opens May 18th. We’re famous for our breakfast - including biscuits and gravy Belgian waffles.

Location, location location this is right in the heart of where everything is happening in Branson. You can be to a Walgreens in a minute and a half. You can be out to Titanic in three minutes. You can be over to the other side of town by using the back roads within a few minutes this location was awesome. My family and I will definitely be going again.

The bedrooms are spacious and clean! They are updating the rooms and are coming along great! Staff are all super friendly and very quick to respond with questions or concerns! Definitely would stay again!

Branson Christmas stay

It was spacious, slept 20. Bathrooms and showers not quite adequate for group that size. Property didn't have enough blankets ready for 20 . It was convenient to Branson strip.

Basketball team get-away

We booked this room originally for our basketball team to attend a shootout in Branson. Somehow the building wound up double booked on VRBO, but!! The folks upgraded us to meet our accommodations! The staff were super awesome and the breakfast was as good as advertised!

Family outing

Nice place for our group. Very sizable place. Only complaint was it had two a/c units. One was broke when we got there and 100 degree days, second a/c could not hold up. Bedrooms were hot! Could not sleep at night.

Bunk House PROS: The living room is very open and spacious, there are 2 tables to eat at, there were enough beds for the 9 people in our party, the location to attractions is great, they set up a Xmas tree and outdoor holiday decorations which was amazing since we were staying there for Xmas, the staff at the resort are very nice and tried to accommodate all of the issues we had (Teresa and Crystal). Bunk House CONS: The house itself is run down and not well kept, there is mold in the main shower and we couldn't use the second bedroom shower because it would flooded the floor, the air does not work in the front bunk room so it was like a sauna, the oven did not work properly so it took 4 hours to cook our 30 min meals, the hot tub did not work and it looks like it hasn't worked for a very long time, the gym equipment does not work and the staff knows about it, there are not enough towels and silverware to accommodate a large party. Barb did not tell us she overbooked our stay, even though she knew for a month. She then lied to the staff and said we were ok with staying in a condo until the current tenets left the bunk house. I tried to reach Barb about this and she refused to contact me, even after I complained to VRBO. After we checked out I had to track her down in person and confront her about my issues. Overall, our stay was full of problems and lead to unnecessary stress. I would not stay here again.

Not what I expected

Game room isn’t at the house it’s next door, not enough towels, you have to pay to do your laundry at the house with quarters, the bathroom door doesn’t shut, there was hardly any water pressure at all! Also we had ants all over the kitchen counter. The people that worked there were super helpful. Anytime you did need something they were there to help. Lots of room. And in a great location.

Family vacation

The place was dirty, with jo cleaning supplies. We gad a coin operated washer and dryer. We had troubles wuth the doors locking and unlocking. Very little eater pressure. No towel racks in the bathrooms. But on the plus side, the maintenance man ( Phillip) was absolutely the best, he was very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was akso very good.

Don’t stay here

Anything and everything that can go wrong did! They had it double booked so they put us in condos that were so crummy! Nothing worked right, bugs, under construction and horrible service! Not worth the money at all! This place is falling apart and no one knows how to fix things or even deal with customers. The owners are not involved or just don’t care.

Pictures don’t do it justice

From the start the owner was in contact sending messages and very pleasant. When we got there we were surprised that they had a Christmas tree up for us. The rooms were super clean and plenty of towels and blankets provided. This is a great space for a family group right next to Branson Downtown. Highly recommend.
