Fawn Mountain Lodge: In addition to stunning 3 range mountain views, this luxe mountain retreat has 3 King en-suites on 3 separate floors. Want to bring the kids? No problem - there’s a sturdy, custom built bunk room with 4 singles. Plus, 2 fold-out beds. Sleeps up to 12 guests. Enjoy the hot tub, while viewing the game on the big screen TV, or watch the sunset over the mountains. Get away to Fawn Mountain Lodge near the top of Watson Mountain, but only 20 minutes from Lake Blue Ridge and the charming small town of Blue Ridge. So, feel free to join all the nearby local activities, or do nothing at all, just unplug and enjoy the scenery!

Upper Level: The King suite on the upper level has a huge ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double vanity area, coffee bar, and access to private outdoor deck with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs. The walk-in closet is big enough for families to use as small bedrooms for newborn/toddlers with a pack-n-play.

Main Level: The King suite on the main level has a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double vanity, and access to outdoor deck with with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs.

Lower Level: The King suite on the lower level has a large ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo for those that enjoy a long soak, walk-in closet, double vanity, and access to outdoor deck with with mountain views and 2 rocking chairs.

*** EXTENSIVE ESSENTIALS & SUPPLIES PROVIDED ***
You'll find essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap at all sinks, propane for the gas grill, and firewood for the fire pit & fireplaces. You’ll find basic pantry items like sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, and a spice rack. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup towels, sleep masks, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

*** BLUE RIDGE AREA ACTIVITIES ***
There are so many things to do in the Blue Ridge area! From golfing, boating, biking, white water rafting, zip lining, river tubing, trout fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, paintball, arcade, bowling, Drive-In Movie Theatre, and tank driving (you can even crush a car!)... to boutique/antique shopping, scenic train rides, amazing wineries, breweries, and cocktail bars, U-Pick fruit farms, and fabulous restaurants, there is absolutely something for everyone in the mountains of Blue Ridge, GA.

*** PRICING DETAILS ***
A refundable security deposit in the amount of $500 dollars ($500.00) is held under each reservation via credit card hold or debit card charge, prior to check in, for any incidents not covered by the Accidental Damage Protection Insurance, like smoking/vaping inside, exceeding the number of guests listed on the reservation, bringing an unauthorized pet, intentional damages, excessive amount of trash left for our team to pick up, bag, & discard.

*** CLEANING & SAFETY ***
100% of the cleaning fee is paid directly to our team members to provide a living wage here in the mountains. The cleaning fee covers of our 3-Point cleaning, disinfection, and inspection process. This includes pre-check in cleaning & staging team, quality control inspector prior to guest arrival, and post-check out cleaning team to prepare the lodge for the next guests.

Each property interior is protected with smoke detection, carbon monoxide detection, along with fire extinguishers. The property is treated quarterly for pest control and prevention to mitigate insects. However, since this property is on a mountain, surrounded by forest, it is impossible to keep out all insects all the time.

***The exterior of each property is protected with outdoor cameras covering front entrances, back entrances, parking, and/or property perimeter. There are no cameras inside Fawn Mountain Lodge, because that’s weird & creepy.

***Sorry, but our property is a ANIMAL-FREE ZONE due to very severe allergies.

***Use of fireworks & firearms are prohibited and a violation of Fannin County Short Term Vacation Rental Ordinance 10-24-2023.

*** Fannin County Noise Ordinance does not allow noise outside after 10pm.

*** Once booked, you’ll receive an email reservation confirmation along with a link to a secure portal to electronically sign the rental agreement, upload a copy of Government-issued ID for renter verification, and provide credit card for the security deposit.
