We strive for you to Enjoy a wonderful night of rest in our fun, guest house attic space. This fun and quiet guest house is our detached garage space transformed into a man cave 2 level guest house. All rented space included in Downstairs is kitchen, den and a bathroom. Up the steps is the sleeping quarters which is very cozy and quiet along with another bathroom. The sleeping area is complete with blackout curtains and a coffee bar. The bedroom resembles a long cabin room with sleeping space for up to 7 people. Includes 1 queen, 1 full, extremely comfortable pillow top mattress beds, 2 built-in-the walls regular size twin beds and a sofa for that side sleeper that might be joining in on the fun. It’s like having a sleepover in the attic to tell fun stories, play a game I-spy as you settle down, read a good book, laugh with the guys, or just bring the kiddos for a fun sleepover in a fun cabin style, black bear & duck themed attic thats very spacious. Complete with extremely soft bedding for a cozy slumber and sweet dreams. If you’re looking a very clean cabin bedroom to lay your head or hang out just a 2 minute walk to the Core Sound and Davis ferry or a 1 minute drive to a ferry to take you away for the day, then this is the perfect space for you and friends to hang out. Another sweet thing you’ll love about staying with us are the warm chocolate chip cookies for a bedtime snack. Relax anytime on the porch rockers or deck and savor the never ending ocean breeze that always flows in back yard covered deck and salty fresh air, covered with shades of oak trees.
