Simple and clean

Simple, modern studio apartments. Staff was excellent as was the property. Pool is very nice and outdoor seating is comfortable and varied. Housekeeping and laundry was perfect (thank you Hazel)! Will be a great location for the BPM Festival 2025!

Outstanding Place to Stay!

I loved my stay at Pinilla Highlands. The views are amazing and the pool was perfect for a dip or to swim laps. The staff, Yuri, Hazel, and O'Neil, went out of their way to make sure your stay was perfect. It was so calm and serene. I went there to heal and received so much more than I ever would have expected. I went to various beaches most days. The only negative would be the dirt roads to get to Pinilla Highlands. I highly recommend this wonderful place to stay!!!

AMAZING VILLA!

This villa is absolutely amazing and beautiful! It has everything you need in a nice and quiet location. The owner is very attentive to your needs and communicates well with his guests to ensure you have everything you need and are happy. All of the workers are also very friendly and will you if you require any assistance with anything. The place is clean and has a beautiful pool and balcony! I highly recommend this location!

Villa Kantuta, Pinilla Highlands

The information for the site appeared we were the only ones staying there. Another guest said the same thing. We enjoyed the company of the other guests and happy it was safe and not crowded, especially in the pool and under the canopy for sun protection. Howler monkeys were seen daily in the trees as we walked along the roadside. It is not far from Tamarindo but the roads are very rough and must drive very slowly. We were there in the dry season so no streams to cross. Netflix and Alexa were a bonus. We stayed a wk. A distance from restaurants, we prepared meals on site. Thank You.

Pinilla highlands is located in the hills overlooking Hacienda Pinilla and Playa Avellanas. You can see Tamarindo and Langosta in the distance.
It is very quiet and peaceful, and you can hear the Howler Monkeys usually in the mornings and evenings.
It’s nice to be so close to town and the great surf spots, yet feel so far away from it all.

What makes this property unique

Pinilla Highlands is a very quiet and relaxing residential neighborhood that combined the perfect mountain-ocean environment. Away from the noise of traffic, I always enjoy the mountain breeze and panoramic views. Love to share paradise with you.
