Primitive Fannie Camper by River & Kettle Creek pa Renovo Pa Westport Pa.

Vintage canned ham.. 1970 Fan Style Liner (Fannie). Step back in time and visit the almost original Fannie she sits on 2 acres ,where the Susquehanna river and Kettle Creek meet. There is a restaurant within walking distance, great food. Bush dam and Kettle Creek park are about 10 miles with alot of walking trails and atv whiskey springs trail about 1 mile and Hyner Park lookout where gliders launch and walking trails to get back to nature. Cherry Springs is approximately 25 miles . If you hit some of the off roads you maybe see some elk(maps in Fannie) or just hang out at camp and you may see one... Take a day to relax by the fire or go fishing, kayaking, tubing, swimming or wading in the water the river and creek are just a short walk down the property line to a wide path. There are some other camps close by so if people are around please respect the neighbors. THERE IS A OUTHOUSE along with hot water shower with a small changing area. (checkout the photos).. just cleaned up a old Farmhouse now the yard is even bigger. My listing is also on other platforms where you can check my reviews from previous guests. I blocked this listing for almost a year as there was a issue with it not showing up in searches but now it has been fixed.. so bring your clothes and food and stay, ALMOST everything else provided plus more not mentioned in listing.. I have tubes for floating in the creek or river and kayaks for use for no extra charge, let me know so I can get them out and ready for you.. I have done improvements over the last year and more to come.. I hope you decide to come and stay and make some great memories... please feel free to contact me with any questions..

amazing cozy little basecamp to explore the area

this camper is cute, clean, affordable, and we had all the privacy while we were here. This was all we needed as a base camp to explore the area, kettle creek state park is not far at all, and they rent kayaks, there are dark skies around, the town is okay and safe, but the property is anyways a bit cut-off from it. The host also had some board games, firewood, kitchen stuff etc. the property had great reviews on other websites. All in all - my 5 stars on everything

Thank you so much for the great review, I am trying to make it a home away from home and affordable for people to get out and relax without going broke enjoying themselves. I also have kayaks for use for free on site with notice to have everything ready for my guests. Thanks again and safe travels.

Hello!! Welcome to camp Fannie! I have redone this camper to get it in functional use with trying to keep as original as possible. I also have a camp on same property that I do stay at as much as I can. The property was in very bad shape when I purchased and have been fixing and cleaning while there but also trying to enjoy the quietness and the wild animals that are around. There other camps close by but very rarely are they there. I own the road coming into the campand own to the right map in Fannie.. please keep Fannie clean and if something breaks just send me a note so it can be fixed or replaced as I don't live close by.. I hope you enjoy your stay and thanks for taking the time to read this.. Have a Great Week!!
