Pool was advertised as heated but didn't feel heated. The shower in the main bedroom did not get very warm to shower but the other shower was fine. Grandkids loved the community room and the size if the pool. Place was well cleaned and had everything we needed, would definitely stay again.

Nice condo close to shopping and beaches

Lovely condo with shopping across the street and just a few miles from the beaches. Great walk in shower in master. The complex has a heated pool which was wonderful. Nice neighbors.

Quiet Place

This condo was a great place to stay. The community is located just a short drive to the beach. It also was very quiet, which we enjoyed immensely. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. If I had one thing I would change, it would be the mattress in the master bedroom, it was alright, but probably needs to be changed soon. Loved our stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We were there for Atlanta Braves Spring Training, and the location was great for the short drive to North Port. Many good restaurants are nearby. The host was accessible and very helpful. The condo is well-maintained and has everything you need. We hope to stay here again for future Spring Training visits!

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was perfect for what we needed. Two bedrooms for our family of 4, full kitchen for some meals at home, and close to all the beaches and parks. Walmart and Publix are both right there. No need to drive far to get everything you need. Condo had a pool to keep the kids entertained in the evening. It was well stocked with essentials. It was a lovely stay for our 4th of July family getaway.

Ground floor condo which was great. We did have to contact property owner about internet/TV.

Property owner had to be there several times regarding internet/TVproblems, but she persisted until problem was solved. Pool was a delightful temperature and sparkling clean. Club house still closed due to hurricane damage.

Palm Manor condo rental

Good value for money but noisy. Unit backs on to mall with beer store 20 ft from 2nd bedroom window. Multiple trucks back up with loud signal from 0430-0630 daily. No hot water. Called owner and was told issue was resolved but it wasn’t.

Hi Anne Not sure what you are talking about the supply trucks because I and any of my former guests have never mentioned. And the issue of the hot water heater...we were there within 30 minutes; the breaker was tripped. We did fix the problem and there is Hot water. Not sure why you wouldnt contact me if you didnt think the issue wasnt resolved. Regards, Paula

Good - staff were nice, early check in requested and granted, safe, bed comfortable, nice view of mountains at resort, can tell that place was probably a destination worthy to stop and stay back in the day.Not so good - resort roads are rough, rooms are not updated, outside needs improved groundskeeping for aesthetics. forget taking bath as bathtub is from Abraham Lincoln days, bottom of tub is a slip and fall waiting to happen as the area you stand on moves up and down and not secured, and nonfunctional, as you sit on toilet you can see little bugs crawling around bathroom floor.This said, probably the most reasonable lodging I found for our destination stay for cost and time period which was 2 nights. Would I stay again? Now that I know how it would possibly be, yes if I couldn't find something a notch up for same cost.Would not book through Hosteeva again as the Id verification process they put you through is nutzo. And they had to be reminded to send me my check in instructions the day before my trip which really is the only thtask they had other than accepting payment.
