Branson Cozy Getaways adds its newest condo to the Branson rental circuit. Coming in Jan/Feb 2023 will be a brand new look and feel with all new flooring, granite bathroom vanities, fresh paint and furniture upgrades. All new plush mattresses including Stearns and Foster on the king and queen beds. This unit comes with a fabulous sunset view from the large private deck. This unit is located right between the two pools. Notch Estates also includes nature trails and a private pond for catch and release. There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Non-smoking and no pets please.

This was a quiet, clean, quaint condo that we did enjoy.If you are going to various Branson sights, it is a bit of a drive. However, the West Branson had convenient Walmart, gas and "76 Barbecue" was awesome.

The week we stayed was super quiet. Our condo was exactly as expected. Perfect location for SDC access, and a quick drive for local shopping and visiting the Landing. We only stayed two nights, 4 adults and 2 toddlers.

Great Getaway

We loved staying here. It was our second time being in the notch estates, and we felt very at home here. The beds were comfortable, the deck was welcoming for a cup of coffee in the morning, and the kids enjoyed all the extra charging devices on hand! I love being close to Silver Dollar City and out and away from the bustle of Branson. There’s a cute coffee shop down the street and highly recommend Billy Gail’s! We will definitely stay here again when we can stay longer than 2 nights!

Grandkids Branson trip

Location close to SDC. Bunk beds a hit! Back porch - great place to eat and relax. Keypad mechanism great. Kids loved the playground right outside our door. Will def return.

Extremely clean and great location

This was the cleanest unit we've stayed in around Branson. Peaceful, wooded area with private fishing is a bonus. We are season pass holders to Silver Dollar City and you can hear the train-that is how close it is. Only about 20 minutes to big cedar lodge's fun mountain and 10 minutes from main Branson drag. Our family of 6 loved it and we will be back for our next trip. Only thing that could be better is that there is one outdoor swimming pool open and doesn't take many people to fill it up. One was closed during our stay but even the 2 could fill up easilyas they aren't big. That didn't bother us and we will return.

Responsive and caring host

There was a problem with the location we originally rented, but host solved the problem even though we arrived late at night. We cannot praise her enough. She gave us a major upgrade and lined up everything in a prompt and professionally manner. Will stay again. Also, both locations we saw were beautifully maintained.
