The 5 bedroom/3 bathroom home includes 8 beds, plus a hot tub & large fully fenced turf backyard to kick back on the loungers or have fun with yard games or grilling. Central location <10 min to Sloan's Lake, Tennyson St, & Highlands. 15 min to DT Denver, 20 min to Red Rocks & quick access to the mountains!

The desert boho interior aesthetic is inspired by the arid vibe and laid-back attitude of the American Southwest, with an appreciation for minimalism and subdued earthy and neutral nature-inspired color palettes like terracotta, rust, clay, and sand.

Enjoy the full use of the entire home, driveway, and backyard. We've aimed to provide thoughtfully designed spaces, a well-appointed kitchen, and amenities that make you feel at home.

The home has 2 levels with separate living rooms so guests can spread out.

On the main floor there are 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) & 2 bathrooms and downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (2 queens) & 1 bathroom with a 2nd living room and kitchenette (3 showers in all). There are two pullout sofas in the basement, plus another in the detached flex space.

Parking is never a problem with plenty of space in the driveway for multiple vehicles.

BEDROOMS:
The home boasts 5 separate bedrooms with 8 beds in total. Many beds are equipped with 1-2 Tempurpedic pillows.

- Dedicated workstation with fast wifi, desk, rolling chair, laptop stand
- Self-check-in electric keypad
- Coffee station with grinder, pour-over, and coffee + Pendleton mugs.
- Stainless gas stove, 2x dishwashers, and large fridge

Perfect for what we needed!

Location is a short ride to Denver and grocery store is extremely close. Host is great with communication and the home fits 12 comfortably. Would book again!

Great Stay for Bachelor Party

We enjoyed this property for a bachelor trip. House was clean and nice with a spacious back yard with a hot tub, cornhole & other games to play. The only negative of this property that we experienced was construction going on directly behind the house with heavy machinery running with loud noise during the day.

Friends On Baseball Trip Find A

What a great place! We had 5 older guys on a baseball trip. A quiet neighborhood, nicely re-done home, great backyard for hanging out, each of us had our own bedroom and the kitchen was well stocked with all the needed tools. It is close to many good restaurants and a great Irish bar. 5 guys - 5 thumbs up.
