HOUSE RULES:
-Check in is at 4pm, Check out at 10am. Our cleaners need time to clean and prepare the home for the next guest to meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- This vacation home is a No Smoking home. Please refer to our digital guidebook for everything you need to know about staying with us!
- Every guest must sign our renter's agreement upon booking. Guests 21 yrs of age and above to book.
- A hold (not charge) of $500 is made on credit card used for booking and is automatically released if there are no damages 7 days after departure.
- There are two outward facing cameras on the property for our guests protection. One is in the front of the house at the entrance door and the other on the back patio facing the backyard.

STORM/HURRICANE/ADVERSE WEATHER POLICY: In the event that a mandatory evacuation is issued by Okaloosa County, we will issue a full refund. If a mandatory evacuation is not issued we do NOT issue any refunds. We HIGHLY recommend obtaining TRAVEL INSURANCE for you stay.
