About this property

Beautiful Waterfront 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo

Gorgeous 1 bedroom/1 bath condo on the 3rd floor located on the Boca Ciega Bay Intercoastal waterway. This lovely space was totally renovated in June 2021, including cabinetry, fresh paint, and new tub and tile in the beautiful bathroom, and handicap height toilet.

Beautifully decorated by the owner with very comfortable living room seating, dining table to accommodate 4 guests, plus 2 additional bar stools on the kitchen peninsula. Lovely new stainless appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom boasts a king size bed, and beautiful bedding.

There is an elevator located in the center of the building for your convenience. Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd floor near the elevator, and a portable washer & dryer are located inside the unit. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped.

There is a heated pool and a dock on the intercoastal, located at the back of the building.

The beautiful beaches are located a very short drive just across the Corey Causeway, and less than 5 minutes away.

Restaurants, bars, shopping are all a short drive away.

Beach chairs & umbrella is available for your use, as well as beach towels & floats.

You can enjoy the beautiful sunrises from the dining room, or walk out to the dock, and you are sure to see dolphins and manatee swimming by.

I purchased my condo at Casa Prima in June 2021, after relocating to the St. Pete area after the passing of my husband. I came down to St. Pete, and vacationed a few times in early 2021, and fell in love with the beaches, restaurants, and all of the outdoor activities that St, Pete has to offer.

My background is in interior design, and I wanted to create a space to live in, but also share my condo with people who love the beach as much as I do. I hope you will find my condo beautiful, comfortable, and a cozy home away from home.

If you choose to stay in my condo, you will immediately feel at home. The building is a lovely vintage style, with recent updates, and located directly on the intercoastal. The views are amazing, and the beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this property are the comfort of the unit itself. It is very warm and inviting, and I want you to feel at home, but with the beauty and amenities that you deserve while on vacation.

Wonderful restaurants, beaches, tiki bars, live music venues, downtown life, St. Pete Pier, and so much more to enjoy!

This condo is perfect for snowbirds that want a 3-4 month home to visit during the winter months, or an extended vacation stay for the summer.
