Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge Resort

​​​​​​Welcome to Canyon Cove at Coral Ridge. We are sure you will love it! It is a luxurious getaway, a home away from home. It is great for families or small groups with a beautiful open floor plan and granite countertops throughout. Enjoy the local attractions such as downtown St. George, The Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon, Coral Canyon Golf Course, Sand Hollow State Park, and Zions National Park. Then come back and relax in the swimming pools and hot tubs. They are open and heated year-round. Enjoy dinner in town or cook a meal together and relax by watching movies or playing games.

The townhome easily sleeps 12 people. There are 3 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, a loft, and a spacious open great room which includes the kitchen, dining, and family room. There are also 3 queen sleeper sofas, two in the loft and one downstairs. The entryway is very welcoming. There is a front-loading Samsung washer and dryer. Enjoy the back patio which includes patio furniture and a gas grill. The one-car garage provides either a parking space or storage for bikes and other gear you might have.

Beautiful well appointed home, in a golf community! Everything needed in the kitchen to cook if you want! A little bit of a drive to Restaurants but there was a great Mexican place only a few minutes drive!

Relaxing Stay

It was great to have a little bit longer and flatter driveway. Some in the neighborhood are pretty tight. This was an end unit so had more light and felt less claustrophobic than the middle units. All in all we enjoyed our stay and pretty much had everything we needed.

Long weekend getaway

We had a great time visiting St. George and staying at the red Sands Washington location. The home is cozy and well stocked with plenty of towels kitchen wears and comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and has beautiful scenery.

Everything was perfect. If there was anything we needed, it was there. Only thing that prevented from giving a 5 star rating was the lights. There were several lights burned out. Locations were upstairs family room, Kitchen, Downstairs bedroom, exterior garage and entry lights. Other than that it was an amazing stay. We will continue to use Red Sands for our housing needs when coming to the St. George area.

My only complaints are that there were no BBQ tools that I could find and the teflon pans that were there are so badly damaged that I didn't want to cook in them. I went and bought a couple of my own. Other than that, the house was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of restrooms for everybody staying there and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

Nice area. Pool and hot tub was great. Place was clean. Things we were expecting to have but didn’t: toilet cleaner, shower cleaner, clean mop, extra pillow cases. We did buy toilet and shower cleaner and left them there. We did bring pillows for us but my daughter had hers packed. The pans are getting worn down as are some of the utensil's. I liked have a crockpot and the grill. Would stay again if we ever remodeled our house again.

Very good overall, well stocked with kitchen items. Loved the large TV in the family room. Appreciated the use of the garage door opener as some locations we have stayed in did not have one. There was a lot of stuff in the master closet that we had to move it, there was a cup and bowl that were in the cabinet that had dried food on them, the ice maker was not functioning, and the garage was narrow due to the items stacked on the side. A shorter password for the internet would be more user friendly.

Perfect location for a quick golf retreat

If it was possible to give 1/2 stars I would have given a 9.5. The only issues with the property is the highway noise (we like to sleep with our windows open) and a dirty tree in the front yard which dropped sap droplets on our car. It easily washed off but it was unexpected and a pain to have to clean the car.
