Please note, we do have a few house rules for you to follow:

We do NOT allow smoking of any kind on the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, weed, or any type of illegal substance. If determined that smoking has occurred on the property during your stay, you as the listed guest will be subject to a $250 fine upon check out.

Per the City of Cincinnati and its ordinances, the number of people on the reservation must NOT be exceeded at any time unless otherwise approved by the host. If determined that an additional guest visited the property during your stay, you will be subject to a $500 fine upon check out.

Cameras that are on the exterior of the property are recording 24/7 and can be used to support host if needed. We have a zero tolerance policy. Please note that at anytime we find out that the connection point on the interior of the property has been adjusted, it would be subject to fine or removal from the property.

**Please do not unplug/disconnect any internet routers or boxes without first contacting us! Our unit security requires an active internet signal at all times. Unplugging any router/box without host approval result in an additional fee. The unit will also be subject to host entry to remedy the issue at our discretion.**

Check Out - Directions can be found under the house guide! We will also send check out directions the morning of your departure. Please note that check out time is at 11:00 am – we ask that you check out promptly so our team can prepare the unit for its next guest!

We had a most enjoyable stay. The home is beautiful, and the location convenient. We might suggest a few amenities that would be appreciated: a toaster, a hair dryer, and additional dish towels in the kitchen, as well as a few serving dishes. Thank you. We can highly recommend Curio.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Great, well stocked space super comfortable and definitely made you feel at home. Walking distance to bars, wedding venue, restaurants. Nice rear deck and backyard space. Worried about parking but were able to find nearby spaces with no issue.

Me and my bridesmaids stayed here and used this incredibly cute property to get ready for my wedding. It was perfect for cute getting ready pictures and was so clean! The property manager was even able to accommodate our early check in request. It was the perfect touchdown for the perfect weekend!

Property was beautiful and comfortable. Had a snafu with the driveway parking, but Drew was understanding and we were able to amend the situation. We were able to check in early as well, which was extremely helpful. Parking is tight along the street, but that is the only downfall of this location. Overall was a great stay and would highly recommend.

Nice place

We were happy with everything but it is a bummer that we couldn’t park in driveway. I just had a knee replacement and we had to park pretty far away BUT I knew it was “parking on street” when I booked it so really this is just a note to owner that it’s a shame that they have limited space because otherwise they could probably make more money.
