Girls weekend

We stayed at Serene San Diego and were shocked by the location. It’s a little sketchy neighborhood. And the property manager kept turning off the air conditioner when he would watch us leave the property on his cameras. I asked him not to turn the air conditioning off and he denied doing it.

Nice but dirty

Proximity to town and activities was perfect in quiet neighborhood. Home was big enough for two famiies but we had to clean the house at our arrival and the smell was realy bad. Also spa wasn't cleaned during our stay. Nice big yard but not settled for outdooring. Over all ok but price to high for wath it was.

Home Away From Home

Overall we had a great stay for our son’s 3rd birthday. Clean, provided what we needed, decent priced, good parking, modern. But I have these small complaints: we were not told that someone would be coming to replace batteries in the front door in which he helped himself into the home while we were eating breakfast, there was no hot water the first night we were there, and lastly, I had a phone call from the property manager accusing us of being loud when it was the neighbors party. Just a little unprofessional about the communication. Other than that, great stay.
