Charming home in Aguada family neighborhood within walking distance of Pico De Piedra beach. This property has been recently renovated with new kitchen and appliances, bathroom cabinetry and cooling A/C. Large 4K HDTV in living room for streaming and wireless internet access. Plenty of outdoor space with covered patio/carport area for lounging, hammocks in the backyard, BBQ grill and patio furniture. Whole-home generator & water storage can provide essential utilities in the event of power failure. Optional laundry facilities available.

Within a 5 minute walk is Aguada's Parque Infantil (Children's Park), Max Fitness Workout Facility, Selectos Supermarket, Keto Coffee Shop and numerous small restaurants. Less than a 5 minute drive and you are at beautiful Pico De Piedra beach on Camino Playa, the oceanfront strip of Aguada with restaurants, bars, kiosks and surfing/snorkeling opportunities.
10 minute drive to Rincon, PR's surfing capital, and 25 minutes from BQN airport.

Of note, this is a safe, quiet family neighborhood. Home is not suitable for large parties or events.

Merveilleux séjour chez Louise!

Adorable maison très bien agencée et décorée avec goût. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour ce sentir chez soi, une très bonne literie et un extérieur propice pour se délasser dans les hamacs et prendre les repas en terrasse. La maison est idéalement située à proximité immédiate des plages, des commerces, des restaurants, ainsi que pour découvrir l’Ouest de l’île. Un grand merci à Louise pour sa gentillesse et son excellente communication. Mention particulière à Félix pour nous avoir si agréablement préparé la maison avant notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
