Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at our rental property. We are pleased to hear that your kids had a good time and that you found the cabin to be clean and spacious. However, we want to extend our sincerest apologies for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. We understand that the lack of hot water and cooking gas can be a major inconvenience and we are sorry that it impacted your vacation. Despite the inconvenience that occurred during your stay, we respectfully disagree with the review you left us. As we previously informed you, the propane issue was unfortunately out of our control due to a severe rainstorm that caused the regulator to overflood. However, our team promptly responded by working as quickly as possible to remove and install a new vent and regulator to resolve the issue. We were not notified of the propane issue until 10 am the following morning, but we acted swiftly to resolve it within just 4 hours. Contrary to what was mentioned in your review, the full propane was restored by 2 pm, not a full day. We also would like to remind you of certain policies that were stated in the rental agreement you signed when booking the property. You violated several of these policies, including smoking inside the property, bringing a pet, and checking out late, which caused a delay in our cleaner's schedule and affected the next renters' incoming trip. Furthermore, we take pride in providing all guests with a detailed cabin welcome guidebook that contains all necessary property information. This guidebook was sent to you via text and email the day you made your reservation and was also sent as a reminder via text on the day of your trip, making it readily accessible for your convenience.
