About this property

Emerald Isle Vacation Beach house

Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a spacious screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can enjoy the weather. Downstairs has one large room with two full beds and one small full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a large gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Large driveway that will allow parking for 8 vehicles. We are about a 5 minute walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the house for walking and riding bikes. We have assorted things in the garage that are free to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bikes.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Do not drive or park on the grass. We have a water system that can be damaged if ran over.
Please have a good time but no large parties allowed. We are local and know all the neighbors so if this rule is violated you will be asked to leave.

We come to Emerald Isle monthly for work - we have a cabinet company - and keep trying to find the perfect place. The location of this house was PERFECT and the driveway was nice and big. We brought our boat, SUV, and work truck. The overall layout of the house was great. Only .3 miles to the public beach access and an easy walk into town. I also loved the option of having the bikes and beach chairs in the garage. Overall, was a great house.

The property owner is amazing and very fast at communicating. We enjoyed our stay. There were a few minor things that needed fixed and they had someone there instantly for them!

The property is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It’s perfect for biking! It’s well stocked and clean. It’s pet friendly! The host was incredible and responsive. I recommend!!

Perfect little family spring break

We have 3 kiddos and this place was perfect. We had the best time. The host let us check in early which was perfect for us because our toddler was in need of nap. It was a short walk to the beach where we collected tons of shells. There is a lovely screened in patio where we had our coffee. The place is incredibly clean and there was more than enough room for the 5 of us.

Spring Break Sweet Spot!

What a great spot to stay in Emerald Isle. The property is within walking distance of the beach and shops. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. It even had a few things that weren't in the listing. We liked that it was modern but still with a beachy vibe. We had a slight issue with the door lock but the host was easy to contact, beyond accommodating, and fixed it immediately. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home!

Great Location

We enjoyed our week stay and thr house had many available items to help with enjoying our stay. Jordan was very quick to answer any questions I had when booking out trip and made sure he was available if we needed anything. The only thing about the stay is that the house needs some maintenance. Other than that, we enjoyed every bit of our vacation for our first time in Emerald Isle and will be back!!

Christmas Vacation

Great location for access to everything we wanted to do. House was perfect for us and the dogs. The water heater was out when we got there and it was fixed very promptly so minimal impact on our trip. The owner was great to work with. Would definitely stay there again!

When we got there the property was nice a cleaned but there was a smell of urine throughout the house. Well mainly in the living room, the smell was overwhelming.

Great place off season

It was good. Close to the beach and a grocery store. The back porch, fire pit, and outdoor shower were nice to have. They had glade plug in fragrance things that were really strong and gave me a head ache. We just unplugged them while we stayed there and plugged them back in before we left.
