Downtown Savannah local for over 10 years, before moving to Savannah I traveled to over 30 countries. Love to travel so I'm happy to host others that do too. My other passion is cars so you may see something cool parked right out front, I live in the main part of the house with my very friendly Chesapeake Bay Retriever who you will probably see watching you from the window as you come and go.
I am happy to have you and happy to point you in the direction of some of the best food and drinks Savannah has to offer just a short walk from the house. Otherwise enjoy your time and your space.

Why they chose this property
Gaston is Park Place on the Savannah Monopoly board, its also the ideal downtown location to be walking distance to Forsyth Park, Broughton St, and everywhere else, but its out of the high traffic areas allowing you to really slow down and enjoy what makes Savannah really special
What makes this property unique
I spent 2 years personally supervising the renovation of the whole property, its hadn't been touched since right after WW2 so it needed everything, I preserved the history but not the leaks, bad plumbing, and lack of A/C.
