Great location with beautiful views. Plenty of space for our family. Great upstairs area for our teenagers - TV room setup and also room with 2 twin beds. Great space for down time. Tracey was great and definitely thoughtful about house setup and things available to make it feel like home. Kitchen is well appointed.

A very spacious and well lit home which was copiously supplied with welcoming items such as chips, fruit, etc. Condiments and coffee were provided, much to our surprise.The liaison/agent was very accommodating as I had to change our plans at the last minute. An exceptional stay in an inviting environment.

Best house ever!!

You couldn’t ask for a better house to have a family vacation. So much room and plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the amazing views. By far the best house I have ever rented !

Beautiful huge home! My family and I enjoyed our stay in lovely Sedona. We had a little bit of sun and snow all mixed into the days! Beautiful house in a great location

The house is exactly as pictured. We were 4 women, me, my daughter, my mom and her sister. Age range 35-75. The 4th bedroom is upstairs with 2 twins and a half bath, so we opted to all stay downstairs and mom and I shared the master suite. It was huge. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were good quality. When we had a movie night, we all used the master bedroom rather than the TV room upstairs. There is no tv in the living room, which was also nice. It was cold and snowy, so we missed out on using the 4 patios and the outdoor kitchen. We are already planning to come back. The house is awesome and communication was very prompt when I had any questions. Perfect place to stay in West Sedona, away from the traffic mess and large crowds of uptown Sedona.

I was born and raised in NY, but have called the breathtaking desert mountains of Sedona home for sixteen years now. I enjoy time cooking, painting, gardening, hiking and spending time with my husband and son.

Each guest will be provided with their own door code to operate the keyless key pad for a contactless check-in experience. I am available to answer any inquiries, concerns, requests 24/7 (also, I live only 3 minutes from this property, and work from home).

I am excited to share our beautiful wonderland of Sedona with you and to help ensure you have a flawless, memorable stay!

Why they chose this property

This home is tucked away down a quiet tree lined residential street, yet still very much in in the heart of West Sedona. You will be close to hiking trails, restaurants, jeep tours, shopping, and so much more.

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite features of this home are the two rooftop patios. Situated off the playroom through the sliding glass doors, the first patio features high top tables and a hammock, and is a lovely place to enjoy morning coffee. The second patio has comfortable outdoor cushioned seating and is lovely for a crisp night of stargazing or simply relaxing to the sounds of nature.

Our outdoor kitchen is quite amazing, overlooking the vibrant green backyard and welcoming juniper tree. With a new grill, pizza oven, mini fridge and sink, we've provided everything you need to for a lovely outdoor cooking and dining experience.
