Welcome to the Coastal Town of San Leon, a hidden treasure tucked away right on the Gulf. With this new build home, you can enjoy the water view, on any of our 3 porches. In the mood for fishing, take a short walk down the street and drop your line in the Gulf. Drive 10 minutes to the famous Kemah Boardwalk. Have dinner at the trendy Pier 6 restaurant, 2 miles away. Or, take a short drive to Galveston (25 minutes away). This growing coastal city has so much for you to do.

My family and I LOVED our stay here! The house so so cute, clean and cozy! It had everything we needed for a nice relaxing weekend not too far away from home! Definitely recommend this property. A perfect little gem!

This house was perfect in every way! So clean, uncluttered and with every single thing a guest could need and more. Terrific location to great local restaurants and the water. It was exactly as described, but book for longer than a weekend for a super-chill, relaxing place to spend your time.

New Year Get-Away

Had an awesome time neatly and quickly tucked away at this beautiful piece of property! It ‘s location lends itself to close proximity of several highly rated sights while being off the beaten path. The owners have the place beautifully decorated and is a diamond in the San Leon community!! Would definitely do this one again.

Great Spring Break Trip!

My niece and I took her 3 kids here this last week and had a blast. The house is wonderful. Anything you need is pretty much provided. We were so happy with our stay we plan to stay there again in July. Would recommend this VRBO to anyone! Owners were super quick to respond to any questions and we even extended this trip by a day since it was so nice.

Why they chose this property

San Leon is truly a hidden treasure. It's a fishing capitol. You couldn't ask for a better location. It's 25 minutes from Galveston and 10 minutes from Kemah. The house was built in 2022, and is located down the block from the Gulf, which provides an awesome view and a breathtaking sunset. There is plenty of sitting areas where you can gather. There is a beautiful patio, as well as a porch with an amazing view. Each bedroom has a walkout balcony. It's a wonderful home and we invite you to enjoy.
