Tropic Winds offers 300 feet of white sandy beach, a Gulf side hot tub, pool (heated in the winter), sun deck, gas and charcoal grills, steam room and beach side showers to wash the salt and sand away.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 6. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. Pets are not allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. These policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site. The property includes one reserved parking space which is conveniently located, under the building, and close to the elevator. Please try to travel in one vehicle if at all possible. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.
