Heat downstairs where most bedrooms were did not work, but space heaters were found. Yard maintenance came early Friday morning during our stay which was extremely unwelcome. Kitchen was extremely well appointed for cooking our Thanksgiving favorites.

Beautiful and very comfortable home with stunning views! Perfect home for our girl’s getaway of five. We enjoyed the home so much we barely left the house. Home was extremely clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and seamless arrival/ departure. Our host was outstanding who promptly answered all our questions. Wonderful property near nature preserve

We enjoyed the house and the local trail to the nature preserve. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. Beautiful house with many amenities. Close to shopping and dining at local places. Owners are very communicative and helpful. Easy check in and check out.

Nice home. Beach by house is closed which should have been disclosed. Made value less. Nice view from lounge and well equipped kitchen. Please note you have to carry groceries upstairs as kitchen is upstairs. Great hot tub.

Excursion on the Coast

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Moss Beach. Even though it was cold, it was a good excuse to enjoy the view and the hot tub. We would certainly re-visit this VRBO home.

Great Quiet Getaway Near Ocean

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with great ocean views. We wanted a home a little outside of San Fransico to get away and relax and this was a great choice to stay when not out sightseeing. Plenty of room for family and located near woods & ocean. Communication with owner was great & very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing views

I love hearing the waves at night and the serene ocean view. The house was cleaned and well stocked especially in the kitchen. The house was a-little cold at times but I appreciated the heaters that was an option. I had a great stay . I look forward staying again and again!

Perfect Location

This house is as advertised - amazing ocean view and just steps away from the nature preserve and walking trails! Safe and quiet neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Grocery stores and many restaurants are just a 5-10 minute drive away. Master bedroom, kitchen and family room are up on second floor and 3 guest bedrooms share a bathroom on the lower floor. The hot tub was clean, well maintained and easy to access.

I live in the Bay Area and booked this stay for a quick getaway with friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was perfect! It is clean and has a great location, amazing views, and tons of space. This was the perfect location to bring 6 high schoolers to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. Absolutely Wonderful

The property was exactly what I was looking for, it actually exceeded my expectations. Not only did it look clean and tidy, it smelled clean. The only suggestion I have is that some of the windows failed, this happens with double paned windows, so that there was condensation between the panes making it difficult to see clearly through them. The weather was such that we just opened the windows and doors.

Amazing lifetime experience

Wonderful Friends Reunion

We were four friends from high school who were celebrating our 75th birthdays this year. The beach house was perfect for us, as it had everything we needed to relax and catch up with each other. It was super easy check in, and after having a wonderful lunch at the Ritz Carlton the first day, all of our meals were at the house. We bbq'd, walked along the coast, enjoyed wine on the balcony and had a great time. Andreia was friendly and easy to communicate with both in checking in and out. Would definitely go back!
