Beautifully remodeled home right on Silverado golf course in the heart of Scottsdale. Charming community has gated access to golf course, green belt and walking/biking paths. Easy 15 minute bike ride to Old Town Scottsdale via the canal or greenbelt. Our home has the largest lot in the complex, and is extremely private, on the golf course and canal, and has no neighbors behind. The fully fenced backyard is truly a paradise, complete with a gorgeous new pool, lush tropical landscaping and your own hot tub!

Being a flight attendant, my wife and I love to travel often. We love our home but enjoy living abroad for a few months out of the year. We have hosted many properties and enjoy taking care of our guests! We live in this home part of the year so you will find all of the comforts we would expect from a vacation rental.

Beautiful, private backyard just underwent a full makeover with new heated, luxury pool and lush tropical landscaping. There's even a hot tub for relaxing after a day of bike riding and hiking. Completely remodeled home offers an open layout and two master suites with attached baths and luxurious multi jet shower. Beautiful appointments include Restoration Hardware cloud sectional, Tempur Pedic King beds in both bedrooms, a 75 inch 4k QLED Samsung TV, top of the line Bose sound bar and subwoofer and Viking Appliances. Guests will find a fully stocked kitchen including all pots and pans, plates, silverware, drink and wine glasses, mixing bowls, coffee maker, Aarke carbonated water, and Nespresso expresso maker. The entire home enjoys soft water, including the pool. Everything you could possibly want for is here.
