This home is perfect for one person traveling or a family of four. You have the entire home to yourself. Keyless self entry, security system, and security screen doors will make you feel nice and safe. Wifi with a 55" smart TV that has Apple Air play, Chromecast, and Alexa enabled. The house is minutes from three major hospitals in Modesto. Brand new stainless steel appliances and dish washer, and washer and dryer. Very quiet, established neighborhood with tree lined streets. Recently re-modeled with a third room set up as an office with tv and couch.
