The condo has a rare wrap around terrace with lounging and dining sets along with a BBQ grill for entertaining. Stay cool in the DR heat with air-conditioning units throughout including the living area. The building also has 24/7 Concierge, underground parking, and common areas including a gym and kids playroom.

High end furniture fill the apartment and the kitchen is fully stocked to satisfy the most demanding of chefs. The building is an intimate luxury building in the heart of the desirable community Alma Rosa 1. With central proximity to city and beaches. 25 minutes from Las Americas airport, and 32 minutes to boca chica beach. The Condo has 1 king bed, 2 queens and 1 full.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out instructions 1. All trash bags to be left in the outside stair well. Trash Shchedule: Monday through Friday 10 am or 4 pm, Saturday 10 am only, no trash pickup on Sundays.
3. No food to be left in the refrigerator. 4. Please clean dirty dishes 5. Don't forget to leave remote and token on kitchen counter. 6. Please turn off all electronics: air conditioners, fans etc
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise after 9 pm, be mindful of neighbors.
Turn of air conditioners when not in use.
Reiterating that there is no smoking, if you smoke on the side terrace please make sure that the doors and windows are closed.
