No hot water!!!! Our stay was impacted by several issues. Upon arrival, we discovered there was NO hot water and had to contact the owner to have the water heater turned on. Even after it was working, the hot water supply was very limited. We also encountered a strong odor from the drains, which required a plumber to fix. The unit was advertised with a washer and dryer, but we later learned these were in an outdoor, shared space and not easily accessible. Furthermore, we found the kitchen ceiling fan to be caked in dust. While the location was excellent, with a nearby walking trail, park, and restaurants, the overall maintenance and inaccurate amenity listing fell short of expectations. Travelers should be aware of these issues before booking.
