Many of my fond childhood memories are here swimming, body/boogie boarding, surfing, surf-fishing and from the pier, volley ball, walking the beach after high tide looking for treasures, and of course the sun and fresh air. I take pride in my properties and am responsive to any of my guests needs. Because I am local, I deal with my guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. I care about people and want you to have a wonderful beach vacation! It would be my pleasure for you to stay with us! Relax at the beach, heated pool/hot tub, explore and make some great memories!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!! Just cannot be beat with the Beaches, Coronado Island, Downtown San Diego a stones throw from this high end townhouse. The San Diego area has so many FUN things to do and PLACES to Explore. Come Vacation with us you will be glad you did.

What makes this property unique

Did I mention Location? And it is close to the public pool( 5 min to drive) and BBQ yet still far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Open downstairs for everyone to hangout. Beach chairs, Boogie boards, 2 car garage. Walk to several eateries, and groceries perfectly located for walking to. And this place is NEW UPSCALE FANTASTIC !!!
