Had a family wedding locally this was the perfect place for our group of 8 adults!! House was large with cozy beds and great amenities!! The back deck and lake view are spectacular!!!!!

Clean, as advertised property. Beds were comfortable. Complementary tea and coffee in the kitchen was a nice touch. Forgot my shampoo so it was nice to have the bathroom fully supplied. Would stay here again.

July Stay

Our group was 8 ladies playing golf in Edmundston. This property provided us with the opportunity now only to be housed together but also provided all the amenities we needed. The deck, which overlooked the lake, was an awesome meeting point to discuss our golfing round(s). Several of the ladies swam in the lake and loved it. In addition having all other appliances made for easy meal planning….the two bathrooms were very well stocked with toiletries plus towels and facecloths. I would highly recommend this property for family gatherings or various couples getaways. Thanks Chad for providing such a wonderful place us to bunk in for a few days

Great location, place not terrible, beautiful area.

Stayed at this location for a long weekend. House isn’t terrible. Pros: has ability to cook own food, smart tv, fire pit, beautiful view, nice deck in rear of building, beds are decent. Cons: a few items were broken upon arrival(shoe rack, Shower stall upstairs, one of the stair corners came unglued) the top step of the stairs is a tripping hazard and will cause harm. The price is decent before the add ons, I feel after all the fees that it becomes a little over priced. If your looking for a fancy stay this isn’t it, if your looking for a nice enough place to be comfortable then it may be for you.

Home Base for a Terrific Family Vacation

First, there aren't a lot of properties in the area that cater to a group our size (10 total, 3 couples, 2 of which have 2 children). This property has a great location and is a great value relative to the other large places. Most of the interior has been tastefully redone. I think we all agreed after the week that it was terrific and we'd be willing to come back to it. Some of the pluses: +board games +towels and linens were plentiful +nice bathrooms +nice outdoor entertaining space, great view +in unit washer dryer was helpful +TV/internet all worked seamlessly +check in was easy / owner was reachable +kitchen fully appointed for cooking, plus the grill outdoors +location to Madawaska, Canada, Sinclair for shopping, entertainment, boat/ATV rentals. +close to the trail head for ATVs, nice scenic overlook about a 5 minute ride +tennis/pickleball court 6 minute drive away There are definitely some niggles like sticky doors, thin curtains, firepit seems to be a work in progress, but no deal breakers, and knowing those, we'd still come back.
