Located on the edge of Sinopolis just 5 minutes by scooter to St Tropez or 15 minutes by car. The house is on 3 levels. Garage and utility room on the ground level. Main living area with 2 bedrooms on the upper ground floor with terraces, eating areas and pool.The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, one en suite and 2 bedrooms sharing a shower room. 5 bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms in total. Air conditioned throughout. Eating area outside. Garage for 1 big car. Parking for 3 cars. Furnished and equipped expensively. Wifi. Smart TV, Sonos, Green Egg BBQ. The garden is child friendly with a glass surround for the pool and is a 2000m2 area. The house has a green view and well located for access to all shopping. You can get to the famous St Tropez beaches via a reverse route avoiding St Tropez. There is also a remote available to use a traffic free short cut to St Tropez centre. There are 2 scooters available to use by prior agreement.
