Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Used towels; please leave on the floor of the respective bathroom.
Food & drink; please remove any open items. If unopened, you may leave in the fridge or on the counter.
Trash; gray trash bin is located by the driveway swinging gate. If departing on Monday or Thursday, please roll out on the grass, 2 feet from the curb, handle side toward house, for trash pick up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO PARTIES/EVENTS - this is a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Primary renter MUST stay on property also.
NO ILLEGAL/COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTERNET/WiFi USAGE. NO peer to peer, torrenting, or other illegal activity allowed or we’ll loose our internet!
NO SMOKING/VAPING - inside the house OR where smoke/vape can enter the house. ONLY USE DARK wash cloths for makeup removal, RAGS for cleaning objects.
