Welcome to the Greenhouse!

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Only 5 minutes from the airport, within 10 miles from Downtown Seattle and less than 5 miles from shopping, retail and entertainment at Westfield Southcenter. You'll be close to the city yet surrounded by trees and greenery – the best of both worlds.

This is a new construction home, built in 2022 and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

We carefully furnished the place to reflect the beautiful Pacific Northwest, using deep blues and greens to represent the Puget Sound, mountains, forests and greenery that are signature to this area.

The space features a full size kitchen and dining room that is stocked with essentials. You will have your own washer and dryer, a full bathroom, two bedrooms with queen size beds in luxury linens, closet space, a work desk and much more.

Additionally, this space is equipped with super fast Wi-Fi, great for video calls and 4k streaming on a 65” Samsung smart tv.

If more than four guest are booked, you may request for a twin/single rollout bed and/or a Queen air mattress.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay.

Other things to note:
- Unfortunately, no pets allowed.

- This house is near the airport so there is a potential for noise from the planes flying by. However, we have installed double paned windows to help minimize noise.

Super Cute Close to SeaTac

This was a super cute property close to SeaTac and easy to go to activities in and around Seattle. The owners were super responsive and the place was so clean and nice.

Clean house and convenient location

The host keeps the house really clean. Very friendly and efficient communication. The location is great, close to downtown, beach and snoqualmie waterfalls.

Great place to stay

Very clean and tastefully styled home with everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether eating in or out. Effective communication with hosts and stop to hop on bus to Downton just around the corner. Some low flying planes, which can be distracting for light sleepers, otherwise lovely place close to Sea-Tac airport and explore surrounding areas.

PNW Home Sweet Home

This place was absolutely amazing! Linna and Marlo were very communicative before and during my stay here. I live in a noisy neighborhood back home so the airplanes didnt bother me, but they did provide ear plugs just in case. Good stay for kids too!
