Great space for families

This condo was perfect for our New Year vacation. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and furniture, grill, and of course the swimming pool is always the favorite spot. Beautiful views and a quiet neighborhood make it a place we'll remember.

Nice place but…

This is a beautiful home. The set up was perfect for our family. The furnishings were nice and the pool was perfect. But it wasn't clean. We are typically a “no shoes in the house” family, but after the first 12 hours, everyone's socks were absolutely filthy, so we wore our shoes after that. The rugs and flooring were especially bad. It also wasn't stocked with enough supplies. Each bathroom had a single roll of toilet paper and we were only left 4 laundry pods and 4 kitchen trash bags. It definitely wasn't enough to last 15 people an entire week, so we had to purchase our own. This place has huge potential, but really needs a thorough cleaning.

Excellent home for a large group in a quieter location

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, and there is plenty of space for our large group. We enjoyed having an on-site, private pool, and the common pool area was much more convenient than other locations we’ve stayed at. The beds were comfortable, and the house was pretty functional for our size of a group. Overall we highly recommend this property!

Best place to stay!

Ocotillo is such a great place to stay, it's close to the tuacahn, and snow canyon with tons of hikes. There was plenty to do for entertainment for everyone at the house, basketball, ping pong, and games. The private pool spa was amazing and the house was very clean. Thanks for the opportunity to rent it we will definitely be back.

This place was absolutely perfect for us! I love that each room had a bathroom and the pool was so fun! Nice and heated since it was cold when we went down. They were also so quick to respond with the things we needed. Will stay there again.

We had a really great time. The house was clean and organized and had everything we needed. Red Sands was very responsive and great to deal with. The only complaint I would have is the patio chairs in the back are kind of broken and probably need to be replaced but that was a minor issue. Other than that everything was really great. We loved having out own private pool! Thanks for the great weekend!

Such a fun weekend and such an awesome house. The cleanliness was perfect. The whole process working with red sands was the easiest and most helpful rental we have experienced. We will definitely rent this particular home again and will always use Red Sands for all our future rentals. Can't say enough good things about how great it was!

The home was perfect for our family. It was clean and the beds were newer and very comfortable. There were plenty of towels to use and plenty of toilet paper and paper towels and liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms. The pool was very nice and the grill and patio was enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay here again. It was an easy drive into Zion and close to grocery and dining. The neighborhood pool was fun for the kids for a change up from the one in our backyard. We even enjoyed s'mores one evening by the fire pit on the balcony.

Very nice home

We thought the home was very nice and pretty. We felt like the cleaners could have done a better job cleaning, but I notified Red Sands. Great location to Tuacahn. Beds were pretty good and we felt like the kitchen was pretty well supplied, except for spices. There were absolutely no spices! I would recommend it to others.

Amazing...but

The house was beautiful, well stocked and clean. I went for a girl's weekend where we wanted to sit by the pool and hot tub for days. The control panel for the pool wouldn't work, even when I reset it per the company. The company had to turn the heat on the hot tub for us, but after hours wouldn't respond. After use, it wouldn't keep heat. So other times the hot tub was lukewarm and the pool freezing. This was super disappointing. We specifically booked this one because of the private pool and spa.
