3 bedroom luxury condo situated in the heart of Panorama Mountain Village. Recently renovated, fully appointed.

Private ground level entrance.
Green space and just steps from pools, hiking/biking trails and family fun!
Ski in/out in winter months with ski storage inside the door.

Spacious living area, kitchen and dining area located on the second level. Relax with flat panel smart TV. Enjoy a private balcony with your own BBQ for convenient grilling. Full size fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher make dining in easy. Full bathroom on this level.

Sleeping area and second full bathroom upstairs on the third level. Bdrm 1 and 2: queen beds with Casper mattresses. Bdrm 3, two sets of twin bunk beds and entertainment area with TV and DVD player (movie rental available at general store). This unique configuration makes this condo perfect for 2 families OR a multi-generational stay.

Ski in/out in winter, the lift is just steps from the private entrance. Lower village amenities include hot tubs, a swimming pool, General Store, tennis and pickle ball courts and mini-golf. Walking distance to hiking/biking trails, the golf course, upper village pools or take advantage of the gondola that is available to transport you to the upper village area.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all recycling and garbage ($25 additional charge for cleaners to remove) Load and start the dishwasher ($25 additional charge for unwashed dishes)
Please ensure 2 RFID cards on lanyards and spare key are back in the cupboard
Close all windows please
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Ski boots are not allowed on the hardwood floors. Bicycles are not allowed in the condo.
Security deposit refund also requires keys to be returned to the lock box.

We are a family that loves to "get away and play" at Panorama. When life is too busy to allow us to be there, we would be pleased to share our beautiful condo with others.

Why they chose this property

We had been skiing at Panorama for years...our kids learned to ski (and swim) at this fabulous playground in the mountains. We are the most relaxed when we are there.

What makes this property unique

Panorama absolutely has something for everyone. Adrenalin seekers will be busy, those who appreciate the more sedate side of life will find it peaceful and tranquil. The scenery is always spectacular.
