Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! Leny and Lorenzo ensured our stay was seamless and stress free. From check in to check out they were great with communication and made sure everything was flawless. We loved this house and we loved the staff. Now onto the staff. The staff were EXCELLENT. The chef cooked amazing meals based off of our menu that I curated for the group and every meal was a 10/10. The ladies were great with cleaning and resetting our rooms daily, making sure we stayed with a drink in our hands and were just amazing just tending to whatever we needed. We will 100% for sure use this rental for our next family vacay to DR. Thanks for hosting us and making sure we had an awesome time

The property was very pretty and had large rooms. However, if you like air conditioning that cools the house, tv’s that work, and hot water this may not be the stay for you. Every room had an issue whether that be no hot water, no air, air that shut off randomly, or no closet. The staff cooked great food and were very attentive, however very hard to communicate with. The house had zero air flow, multiple flies, and random challenges. If you are looking to develop an IT degree this may be the place for you. The kitchen had no ventilation so the house smelled like food constantly. Combined with no air in the main areas it made for a sickening situation. Additionally, don’t go without a lot of CASH because No ONE took cards and no where to get cash. For a property that is not all inclusive be prepared to spend a lot of money on top of what you paid already if you leave the house at any time. If you want any amenities like a spa don’t go here. No one told us the spa was being renovated and couldn’t be used. We had to shuttle our 8 person family back and forth to dinner and to the beach because we were required to rent 2 golf carts that aren’t provided. Other than that, this could be the place for you!!

One of the best staff I have encountered . The ladies Ana Massiel , Cynthia and Luz so wonderful . The chef is superb . Jimmy crafted the best meals . One of the most delicious paellas I have tasted . Villa was perfect and very well kept . Thanks to Lorenzo our concierge we did not have to worry about groceries or anything . Loved our stay here . Def we will be back !

The check-in was easy. 8 minute drive from the airport. Gated quiet community. 5 minute walk to the beach. The meals prepared by the chef were fantastic and plentiful. The cleaning crew was pleasant and fantastic. There were four of them around for most of the day. The pool was nice. Outdoor movies can be watched once it gets dark outside. The bedrooms had great air conditioning but the main part of the house was open and just let the warm breeze through it. The ceiling fans outside were nice to have. The golf carts were nice to have. The entire week was what we hoped it would be and everything was as advertised. Perfect!

The staff and chef were amazing, they provided transportation to and from the airport, transportation was also provided from the villa to any location as requested. Management staff did all grocery shopping as requested, I highly recommend this villa, we are already talking about returning.

We had a large group of 12 adults. The experience was exceptional. Perfect place to stay. From arrival to departure our experience was incredible. This Villa was a dream come true to our entire family. All the information provided by the host prior to check in was accurate and focused on our needs Once we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the service and responsiveness the house staff and chef provided. The owners were available to us the entire week and helped us book massages, tours, and provided on the ground information we requested. The PERFECT property for 12 women to enjoy a friends getaway! We stayed at a sister-property last year and upgraded to this one this year - what an amazing experience!! Working with Leny to organize our stay including menu and transportation was easy - she is lovely and so very personable, Chef Francisco was outstanding and the quality/quantity/presentation of food was incredible, the attentiveness of the staff (Patrice, Luz and Isabelle) exceeded our expectations and the property was every bit as beautiful as described in the listing. You won’t find a better experience anywhere!!
