The house was spacious for our 10 adults and 2 kids. We had everything we needed. The backyard pool and activities were great! The beach service was great as well. We did have an issue with the air conditioning and they had someone out within an hour to fix it! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to the beach and many other stores and restaurant’s. The amount of things to do on property in the back yard was amazing and kept kids and adults entertained. I did have a couple of questions and had very quick responses. We did rent a golf cart as well through the host and it was awesome. They were on sight when we arrived and very hassle free registration for those driving them. All and all, my family had an amazing stay and would highly recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful trip! The house was a great location for the beach, and our family (especially the kids) got tons of use out of the pool and outdoor space. House had everything we needed - plenty of beach and bath towels which was vital for a big group. Hosts were excellent communicators before, during, and after our stay (when we left something behind).

The location of this house is the best Walk across the street and you are on the beach The amenities in the backyard are great! Don’t even need to leave the property We chose to get the pool heated and golf cart rental and it was a good call on both The pool water was perfect You can get to the grocery store and restaurants with the golf cart Although some minor updates could be done on property we really enjoyed our stay We would love to come back already!!

Really enjoyed this house, right across the street from beach access and the backyard was really fun with the fire pit, pool, and other amenities. Lots of space to spread out and the property managers were very responsive whenever we had issues.

Our Crystal Beach house was amazing! We loved the location, which was right across the street from the beach, which made it so easy to walk to the beach for an evening stroll along the water. We did rent the golf cart that was offered and found it was the best idea we had for the entire vacation; we used it to run errands to Publix and other stores. We also rented the beach chairs and umbrellas that the rental offered; it made going to the beach simple and easy. We had plenty of towels; no need to bring our own. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The beds are VERY comfortable and clean. My one son is a snorer, so he was banished to the guesthouse by his wife, which he loved having his own man cave; what a charming and nice-sized area. Michael was a wonderful host, he responded quickly when I needed him (I locked myself out of the house). The price we paid for the rental was more than reasonable. The rental was clean and well kept. I have no negatives to add to this review. I would rent it again!! Thank you, Michael, for giving us a wonderful family vacation.

We just wrapped up a great week at this house and it delivered for our whole group. Whether you're traveling with kids or adults, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained. The outdoor amenities were a big hit and the golf cart was a favorite with the younger kids.The space was perfect. Everyone had room to spread out and feel comfortable, which makes a big difference on a group trip. The location is great and you are right near the beach. I would highly recommend booking the daily chair setup as it makes the beach experience that much easier.Overall it was a fantastic week and I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a Destin getaway!
