Tim and Shannon are real estate agents with Coldwell Banker Legacy Group. We were high school sweethearts who marred others and found each other years later after we both divorced. We are the proud parents of Alyssa and Savannah who have both graduated college and are working in fields they enjoy.

What makes this property unique
This property is set up perfectly for family travel at the lake. With 2 full bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms there should be plenty of space for everyone. The home is located very close to Port Oliver Recreation Area which include the largest boat ramp on the lake, a hiking and biking trail, a playground and picnic facilities. The home is not located in a busy neighborhood but in a quiet, secluded area that will allow you privacy and peace and quiet while on vacation.
