The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Please only turn back the beds you slept in. No need to strip the beds. Please return the parking hangtags and pool bands to the basket on the console.

If you accumulated beach toys during your stay that don't fit on the shelves in the beach closet, please leave them on the plastic shelves in the garage for all Seaview guests to enjoy.

No laundry required...but if you do have time to wash any beach and/or bath towels it helps my housekeeper Dorothy to get the unit ready in time for the next guests.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10am to 10pm. Please be considerate of your neighbors by abiding by these hours.

Pool and hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm. Pool bands, found in the unit, must be worn while in the pool area.

Park in space 202 (as well as a second space if assigned.) In order to avoid towing at your expense, display the hangtag(s) found in the unit.

We had a fabulous time at this beautiful condo! The view is amazing! Close to great restaurants. Fully stocked, clean and comfortable! Had beach chairs, beach toys and coolers! Ice machine was a great added bonus. I could not have asked for a better place! Also, made the best memories with my family

The property was beautiful and was stocked with everything you could need. Easy access to the beach with beautiful views. Some of the best food on Madiera Beach is across the street. We had an aging breakfast at The Reef and excellent dinner at Dockside Dave's. The Cinch Republic restaurant had great food too and that was just a few blocks away. John's Pass was a 4 minute drive as well and we had fun on the 3 hr Shell Island Tour. I highly recommend this property. We'll be coming back for sure!

Great location on the beach with a pool. Host was informative and checked in to make sure everything was okay. Beautiful 3bdrm 2bath condo spacious with board games, beach chairs and beach toys. Kitchen was another plus. We had a wonderful time and will be back!

Just returned from spending a week in this unit with my family and can not wait to return!This property is incredible! It has everything you need , and then some, to enjoy your visit. Comfortable beds, nice living room sofa, fully loaded kitchen, plenty of towels, and beach chairs and toys. The location was perfect for long walks, sunsets were beautiful, and seashells galore!Joan checked in on us and was easy to reach. We highly recommend this property!10/10

Overall, nice unit-esp kitchen, family room and main bedroom and bath. Third bedroom is too small for adults. Great view and pool area. Need a few more beach towels. Our biggest complaint was the construction going on above us. Tools were being used early morning and late night.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary! The unit had everything you could possibly need and the location was perfect. We enjoyed ocean views from the balcony and were steps from the beach. We actually saw dolphins from both. There are restaurants directly across the street and many others within walking distance. Parking was a breeze with an easily accessible spot right out front. Great place to stay in Madeira Beach!

Our family had a wonderful time in the condo. The location was perfect with beautiful views of the sunset. unit was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked for all of our needs. We had such a great stay at Beachfront Seaview 202. The condo is really nicely updated.The views are the best part. Being able to walk right out to the beach was huge for us, and we used the pool and hot tub more than we expected.Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the kitchen had what we needed for meals.Joan was great to work with, quick to respond and check-in was super easy. Everything was just as described.We’d definitely come back.
