Escape to this stunning vacation rental set with a breathtaking outdoor space, including a heated pool, dining area with bistro lights, as well as a fireplace for those chilly Phoenix nights. Outdoor games and double hammock. The inside is spacious and open. Includes a large 85" TV in the main living area, gorgeous kitchen with all the cooking gadgets, and a bonus entry room with additional TV. The house is fully stocked with amenities and board games. Added bonus: office/guest room w/ monitor included for those days you need to get some work done. Centrally located to Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Arcadia, Biltmore.

My Family rented this home to be close to other family that lives in Phoenix. The house was perfect. It was in great shape and the owner responded quickly to any question we had. Wed definitely stay there again!!

Great Place

We really enjoy staying at this place .....We have everything we need there ...... we make breakfast ....the coffee corner is also amazing it has espresso , the syrop for it , just make sure get ur own milk , which is prefect as we have frother to make it even more fancy coffeemy family mostly enjoy the TV , it also have TV in 2 room and small living room on the foyersuper clean, and even quite , even thou it seem is near highway We didnt even know that there is an option to heat up the pool , and Lindsey work with us right away when we arrive , we originally inform her that we want the pool to be turn own the vacuum and she send the pool guy rig away too.....we really enjoy the stay

I love how centrally located Casa Koda is to everything from downtown, Biltmore, Arcadia, Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe or even being able to hop on the freeway and go to Sedona or Flagstaff for a day trip.

What makes this property unique

I love how this isn't just a vacation rental, it's a home. It's great for those longer stays as it's equipped with so many amenities. I've stayed at many properties, but they only have the basics where I end up having to order in or go out to eat.
