The house was beautiful and spotless. Jake, the host was very nice and quickly responded to any questions we had. A big plus was the garage. We had two rentals. One Jeep compass and one Mitsubishi outlander and both cars fit easily into the garage with no problem. This was an absolute game changer because parking in the city can be a challenge. Thanks Jake for such a great experience.

A group of 66-year-old ladies stayed at Jake’s beautiful property and it was exactly what we needed. It was relaxing, spacious and close to everything. Perfect location for my daughter and I for 4 nights. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also liked that it had a garage so we did not have to park on the street. Lovely, comfortable home in a great location close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having a garage for the car is a huge perk, and we made much use of the big open kitchen and dining area for our family that manages food allergies. It was too cold during our stay for us to take advantage of the outdoor space, but we hope to stay here again for a future visit! The home was decorated beautifully and no detail was missed for guests. 10/10 would recommend!

There is no property like this in downtown Lancaster. It's spacious and wide open and has been completely renovated recently. A centrally located home with a full kitchen, fenced in backyard and a rooftop deck that overlooks the entire neighborhood. I guarantee there is nothing like it in the city!
