Very convenient location to walk downtown. House had everything we needed for a pleasant weekend stay. We prefer this place’s private space, location, and amenities to a hotel room. Nice little rental! I enjoyed reading the home’s history in the coffee table booklet the owner provided. Will likely stay here again.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Red Lodge

This cozy little cottage is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still walking distance from everything you want to see in Red Lodge.

This historically unique cottage is in a great location, within walking distance to the Red Lodge shopping district. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and the interior decor is quite charming. The double bed is comfortable. However, the futon is not very comfortable to sit or sleep on, and perhaps a couch that makes into a bed would be more suitable. Other than that, I think this home is well worth its cost since it provides a great alternative to staying in a motel or hotel.

This was a very nice little cottage. If you love old houses, this one has all the original Craftsman charm. It is small, but it worked well for 2 people and 2 smaller dogs. It had plenty of linens and supplies. The kitchen was well stocked, and actually had quality cooking implements, unlike a lot of places that just go very cheap. The place was also clean and organized. I'm pretty sure we had a bear in the yard on our last night. Our dogs were sniffing like crazy that last morning, and they hadn't reacted that way the past 3 days. There were also signs of a bear in the alley. So heed the warnings about garbage and food outside! Finally, it is just one block off the main street of Red Lodge. Very easy walk to grocery store, restaurants, and shops.

Very nice Red Lodge rental

The house was perfect for my son and I. It was very very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for a ski trip to Red Lodge Mountain, just 6 miles to the resort. Close enough to walk to main street and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved Our Stay in the Craftsman Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the little Craftsman Cottage, and highly recommend it! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and a nice big dining room table, not to mention the quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to downtown. And the price was very good as well.

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful time at this Cottage , we wished we could have stayed longer. Our only complaint would be the small bed. Location was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet. We had everything we could have needed . We would love to stay here again!

Enchanting Craftsman Cottage

The little cottage was charming as could be. We especially appreciated all the history written about the place and its owners long ago in the guidebook. Our only complaint is that the bed was very uncomfortable with the mattress being concave in the middle. Might would be fine for a single traveler.

Storybook home away from home!

We loved our stay in this little cottage. It was adorable and very well appointed. Loved the reading nook and all the great Montana books. There was a great collection of things to do in Red Lodge! Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for meal prep and despite the small size of the cottage, the table seats 6 comfortably! The cottage was updated and stayed true to its craftsman character. Look forward to staying again and again!

Comfy and Welcoming!

Wonderful layout for a small cottage with room for a dining room and a reading nook in addition to full kitchen, comfortable bedroom, very nice bathroom. It was very clean when we arrived and nicely welcoming. It just has a good vibe! It's just off the main street but in a quiet neighborhood and you can easily walk to multiple restaurants and shops. The history behind the little house is fascinating. I would definitely stay in the Craftsman Cottage again!
