Very convenient place to stay for a business trip or just a weekend to get away from the routine in a safe and private space. The Studio is just 40 min away from South Padre Island, SpaceX, few minutes away from Sunrise Mall, Walmart, Hospital, and so on.

Studio #1 (12x24ft) is located at the backside of my house, next to another unit rental (Studio #2.) The neighborhood is super safe & quiet.

No pets.

Tanya was very quick response and accommodate our needs. Studio was fully equipped, The bed was very comfy sheets very clean, room smelled very crisp and clean. We loved our stay. Im planning to repeat our stay there when we go back to Brownsville.

The unit was exactly as advertised and very well stocked with thoughtful items like coffee, shaving cream, razors, q-tips, etc. The AC worked very well and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed our time immensely!

Absolutely gorgeous room! All the amenities of home in a small environment. Easy to access from the highway, easy to get into once you arrive. Highly recommend.

Perfect One Person Studio

I was in town visiting family so I didn't need a large space. This studio was exactly what I needed and more! There was a comfy bed, a kitchen section with a full sized fridge and a full sized bathroom. Communication was excellent and I felt incredibly safe leaving my personal items there while I was away. Would definitely recommend it if you need something for 1.
