We stayed just one night and it was everything we needed for a short stay. The driveway is a little wonky if you have a big car but there is plenty of nearby street parking. No complaints!

It was an Amazing Little Pl., very cute close to everything not far from the highway the onlyg I wish they would’ve done is get rid of all the spiderwebs outside not all but most but that’s just because bugs creep me out especially spiders but other than everything was great. It was a beautiful little house.

This is a great, affordable place to stay for a visit to Charlotte. The location in NoDa is brilliant and it is walkable to many coffee shops, restaurants, and other shops. The off-street parking and general parking availability is great. The host has absolutely perfect communication skills. The home is quite small and has charming quirks. There was a peculiar odor that did go away after we were running the AC - it gets hot in the CLT. The amenities were spot on - the TV in the living room does have an issue with it where it goes fuzzy after some use. Two other tiny concerns to know about the location:1. It is near a functioning railroad track. I heard the train once at night.2. Being close to NoDa Davidson (main drag) - we heard some very loud vehicles trolling the street. Those two were NOT an issue for our family stay, but folks that may be sensitive to loud sounds should know that. Before we left, we already knew we were coming back!
