Longbranch 311 is a gem of a condo.
You will love staying here! Centrally located in the historical district you'll be close to all there is to do in Breckenridge.
The gondola is only a block away and a Free Ride bus stop is just across the street making it a breeze to get to the ski area.
Shopping, dining, and the arts district is all nearby; Ridge Street and Main Street have our favorite shops, art displays and restaurants.
This condo is spacious and comfortable with high end finishes. This condo is on the top floor, with elevator access.
The main floor has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity and walk in Steam Shower! An amazing amenity for after a fun day on the mountain. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. Both bedrooms have a balcony, being on the 3rd floor you have great views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range from the master balcony and Baldy Mountain from the 2nd room balcony!
The top floor, loft bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and a full bathroom. The kitchen and living room are bright and roomy with bar seating and a large dining table. There is a gas grill for your use. The condo comes with two parking spaces, one assigned spot inside the garage (oversized vehicles will not fit) and one outside parking spot. Making for even more fun; there is an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna onsite open from 10AM-10PM. The complex has shared, coin operated laundry facilities.
