Luxury Waterfront Cottage (5,000 sqft w/ Hot Tub)
Newly renovated cottage on the Kawartha's Chemong Lake.

- Old seaplane hangar converted into massive games and entertainment space with massive glass doors facing the lake, shuffleboard table, bar & mini-fridge, and seating to enjoy the view
PARKING: There are 5 parking spots available in the driveway. Please avoid bringing more than 5 vehicles.
Guest access
All roads to access the cottage are maintained by the municipality. No sketchy side roads are needed.
Other things to note
The hot tub is top-of-the-line and very new, but hot tubs can sometimes have maintenance issues. We have the tub checked and rebalanced regularly, and we are proud that it has been fully functional for all guests so far, but we cannot guarantee that the tub will be functional during your stay. If the tub is not available for use while you are at the property, you will be offered a refund of $80/night for each night that the tub is unavailable for use.
Note that Bedroom #5 (double bed in the basement) is only accessible through Bedroom #4 (queen bed).
Please also note that the 6th bedroom is a small office with a pull-out queen sofa bed. The room is very small (the bed barely fits when pulled out!), but it does the trick when all of the other bedrooms are full. It is tucked away next to the front door, and it has access to its own half bathroom around the corner.
