Thank you for your review and for bringing these matters to our attention. We're glad to hear that you had a good stay, but we are truly sorry to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered. The mildew on the shower lining and the black stains on some of the pillows in the master bedroom are unacceptable, and we deeply regret these oversights. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests is our top priority, and we clearly did not meet those standards during your stay. We have already addressed these issues with our housekeeping team to ensure they are rectified immediately and to prevent future occurrences. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back, where we will strive to provide you with a flawless experience.
