Welcome to Hideaway Lodge!

This beautiful rustic 2 BED 1 BATH cabin can comfortably sleep 6 people and boasts an open concept living room and kitchen with beautiful vaulted ceilings. Experience nature and tranquility while soaking in the hot tub or enjoying the front porch with your morning coffee. Gather around the campfire and hammock while grilling out! Located in Trenton, Georgia, it's only 30 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga which has lots of restaurants and attractions to see!!

Home Layout:
When entering the cabin, the open concept living room and fully stocked kitchen is on left and the the bedroom with a king bed is on the right. The large stairway in the middle of the room goes up to the second bedroom which is an open concept loft space that has 2 queen beds and a private balcony. Down by the kitchen, there is a dining table with seating for 6 and a bathroom with a standing shower and a jacuzzi bath tub. Right next to the bathroom is the laundry area with a large washer and dryer that you are welcome to use during your stay. The living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat screen TV and 2 comfy couches. There is also a large smart TV in the master bedroom downstairs. There is no Cable TV - smart TVs allow for streaming movies and shows by logging in with your own apps.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Please respect our neighbors as they will do the same to you.

HOT TUB:
Please advise!! Hot tub maintenance is very important and it's something that we take very seriously in between guest reservations. If the hot tub has to be dumped for sanitary and health safety reasons on a turnover day when the property is booked back to back, it may take 8-12 hours for it to reach high temps. We do the best we can to be proactive with this but ultimately it is out of our control to make the hot tub heat up faster. Health and safety for our guests is very important to us.

Things you need to know:
- This property is dog-friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- A gas grill is available for guest use. We provide propane and grill utensils.

- There is no dishwasher, but we provide a drying rack, dish soap, and towels.

- There is another cabin on the opposite side of the property. Guests in that cabin do not have access to this cabin or its surrounding areas.

- The upstairs loft is not suitable for young children due to the steep staircase leading up to the loft.

- There is no cable TV. Smart TVs are available for streaming—just log in with your own apps.

- The cabin is located on a hillside below White Oak Gap Road, so you may hear some road noise through the trees during your stay.

- There are security cameras on the exterior of the cabin facing the driveway.

Weather and Outages!
As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.

CANCELLATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE NOTICE:
We operate under a strict cancellation policy, according to this property's cancellation policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, date changes, early departures, weather-related issues, personal circumstances, or travel disruptions of any kind.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance at checkout to protect their investment. Travel insurance is the only way to safeguard against unexpected events that may impact your ability to travel.
