We are just 10 minutes to downtown Durango, 25 minutes to the lifts at Purgatory, and down the road from Durango Hot Springs ~ 4 miles. Although, you can also enjoy a soak in the hot tub located on the expansive deck. This is a perfect location to relax and recharge while having easy access to all of the sights and activities of the Durango Area and the breathtaking San Juan Mountains.

We want to make you vacation relaxing and easy. We provide information about the area including grocery store recommendations, restaurants and things to do.

We also provide high end shampoo, conditioner, body soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and other kitchen condiments so you avoid having to hassle with these little items.

We have top of the line linens with high thread counts, goose down pillows, goose down comforters for every bed with duvet covers laundered every house cleaning, top of the line and extremely comfortable mattresses to ensure a good sleep. We also provide blankets for outside use to enjoy the firepit along with hot tub/spa towels.

Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: King Bed l Bedroom 4 Two Twin Beds or can be combined as one larger bed l In addition, common area in second living room with two additional twin beds and can be combined for one larger bed. All mattresses are high-end for a good sleep!

The large Master loft bedroom features cathedral ceilings, skylights, a small retreat for reading/relaxing/yoga, and en suite bathroom. The room opens up to the home's north facing windows to allow for great views down the valley to the Needles Mountains and stargazing at night.

Bedroom 2 features incredible views of the valley and mountains including the river and Durango Train as it passes by daily down on the valley floor. Full Bathroom is located just across the hall from this room.

Bedroom 3 features a small view out the window with a en suite bathroom and right outside the bedroom a full living area with a big screen TV and office area with spectacular views.

Bedroom 4 features incredible mountain and valley views. It is a very small room with a flat panel TV on the wall and two twin beds or can be combined as one big bed.

We offer a second set of twin beds in the 2nd living room area in the downstairs room or can be combined as one big bed.

Indoor living: Two separate living/media areas with flat-panel TVs with streaming channels, Sonos wireless sound system, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, humidifiers, and board games.

Outdoor living: Expansive ~1,000 sq ft deck with panoramic views of Animas Valley and the Needles, hot tub, barbecue grills, outdoor seating (except winter), and yard.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel Bosch appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, dining table with seating for ten people.

Road to the Property: During the winter months, usually between late Nov and late Feb, our road may require a 4x4 or AWD and if conditions are very snowy, you could require having chains or snow tires.

Parking: Two-car garage with plenty of storage for your gear. Ample outdoor parking.

Security: There are four security visible cameras outside the property and facing away from the home ensuring guest privacy.

Amenities: we provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, coffee, sugar, cream, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels.

NO Smoking anywhere on the premises, including any where outside the house due to extreme fire risks.
