This is a guest suite that was converted to a private getaway. We RELOCATED the entrance coming from the rear access for privacy. Guest will have their own entrance and parking with a keypad entrance to the guest suite. As you enter you will see our Custom Rustic queen bed with 4 dresser drawers. There are two separate closets with sliding barn doors. As you approach the living room you will see 2 twin beds surrounded by a modern open floor plan. Beautiful open kitchen with granite island tiled backsplash and all your kitchen needs along with a self-service Custom Rustic coffee station. Moving to the bathroom you will have a walk-in tiled shower with plenty of room and an awesome showerhead. Need to do laundry? Our Machines are cleverly tucked away within the bathroom but out of sight. So grab some coffee and lounge around maybe outside on the patio? Please come see this cool layout for yourself You will Love it!!!!! Oh, I forgot to mention really fast wifi - 345 Mbps!!!

Super cozy!

This was a perfect place for us and our daughter for our recent trip to San Antonio! Super clean and cozy, close to everything we needed, and the host was very helpful. We’ll definitely stay again next time we visit.

Great place

Clean, nicely decorated, cozy and all the little details to make it feel homey! 15 mins from BMT and close to downtown attractions. Quiet at night. Owners were very responsive to messages/questions. Directions were easy to follow and liked the ease of just being given a door code the day you arrive. They have all the appliances and things you need, washer and dryer. I was very impressed with what they had done to the place and the sitting area outside was nice at night to relax. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect for BMT graduation

This cottage was clean and very welcoming. Every necessity you could need was provided. Air conditioning worked great. Would recommend for a party of 3 or less. Perfect location to get to and from the base.

Great get away!

Went to see our Granddaughter Graduate boot camp. Was close buy ...friendly..safe feeling. Comfortably decorated.We highly recommend this little wonder. Great communicating with host.

I rented from Vrbo

The owners were exceptional in converting a garage into a habitable space. It was indeed great. However, Vrbo should have checked whether the place met codes. NO CO, CO2 SENSORS. Did not meet fire safely codes ..... Access to the property is through a 7 foot wide gravel lane. No fire engine or, perhaps ambulance

Awesome Place to Stay

This is the perfect spot for a quick getaway or a long-term rental. We were here for two nights and had two adults. The hosts were very responsive even when we booked the night before the start of our trip. They have little directions cards around the house that helped us understand how everything worked easily. Though it may be small in square footage, I never felt like I was in a small house due to the really pretty and strategically placed decor and setup of the space. They made sure with one bathroom to have a separate makeup mirror that was fully lit that you could sit down. This is located in the southwest of San Antonio and was close to everything we tried to go to. It may look far from downtown on the map, but it's really only a ten-minute drive. This place exceeded my expectations in all areas. I know we will be staying here again. :-)

Perfect San Antonio Getaway for Small Families!

My family of four (two teenagers) recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic VRBO in San Antonio, and it was absolutely ideal for our few-day trip. This charming "cute little home" truly had all the space we needed to comfortably relax after our daily adventures.The location was a huge plus, being only 2.5 miles from the Alamo. It made getting to all the major attractions incredibly easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the neighborhood was; don't let any initial impressions fool you, it's a peaceful spot that offered a wonderful private retreat from the bustling city.Beyond the perfect location and comfortable accommodations, the host truly made our stay exceptional. They were incredibly nice and readily available to answer any questions we had, both about the home itself and about navigating San Antonio. Their recommendations for food options and local insights were invaluable and greatly enhanced our experience.Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever about our stay. We would definitely stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting San Antonio, especially small families looking for a quiet, convenient, and comfortable base.
