This property is not at all what is described in the listing. It’s dirty,not updated at all. Also there are lots of things in the room that were broken,rusted and broken.

Horrendous and Discriminatory

Online I was allowed to book 2 queen beds for 4 people, there were no extra rules or requirements listed. When I checked in and I told the person that we were all 22 and 21, he immediately told me they didn’t have any beds for us. Then when I asked for my money back he changed his answer to “the beds aren’t big enough for you to fit all 4”. I again said I want a refund and again he changed his story to “We don’t want drugs and alcohol here, we’re a family business we don’t do that drugs and smoking stuff so call this number and ask for a refund”. I had to cry and beg this man while on hold with VRBO for an hour after I came to check in to not leave us stranded in a city 4 hours away from home. Then he changed his mind and said we could stay. Once we got to our room, there was a LITERAL makeshift bed frame holding together a double bed and one regular queen bed with a manufactured frame. We couldn’t adjust the AC, we were too afraid to even talk due to being threatened to be kicked out straight out the gate, the elevator buttons were broken, there were what looked like poop stains on our bed sheets, black stains on all our towels, and the Wifi didn’t even work. Every time we would go to buy sodas at the front desk we were interrogated on if we had drugs or alcohol or if “you are all partying yet” as if it was expected out of us. I have never been disrespected so heavily by any EVER, let alone discriminated against for my age.
