The Space:
You'll immediately notice the adorably decorated and newly renovated home, starting with the cute curb appeal! Inside you'll find the living room and well-appointed kitchen, the perfect space to gather. The master suite features an attached bathroom and a comfy queen bed. The guest bedrooms have a queen bed and two twin beds. An additional roll-away bed is provided for an extra guest or child. In the game room, you'll find an Xbox, Pac man, pool table/air hockey table, foosball, and board games. The bean bags and loungy atmosphere complete the space! This wonderful home was put together as a short-term rental with the guest's comfort in mind, and is fully stocked and ready for your arrival! We can't wait to host you!

Our stay in Hanford was fantastic! The house was clean, comfortable, roomie, stocked with all the kitchen items needed. We even used the crock pot for dinner which was so nice to have. The game was room was fun - my grown boys loved it! Will stay here again when visiting our son. Thank you!

Great Home Away from Home

My colleague and me stayed here for about 3 months while working in the area. This was a great place to stay, with a fully furnished kitchen and plenty to do when we were not working. Especially the yard was great during the summer/early fall.

Vacation In Hell

We scheduled this rental to come for a funeral. The ac unit was found to be not working 5 hours prior to our arrival and 10 hours into our drive to Hanford the property manager let us know . It was near 100 degrees in the house when we arrived even though they had placed portable units in the house. The portable units had been placed with a 3 ounce cup to catch the humidity run off out of the machine and there was 30 ish gallons of water around every machine--in essence a flood in the house. Our first 3 nights we endured 90+ degree temps in the house with gallons of water that had to be dumped every 2-3 hours or another flood would ensue. Not to mention how loud the units and fans were. To top it off ants and cockroaches infested the house coming after the water that was being produced by the machines. There was also no mention of no access of the garage...which was locked and a smoke detector that had a bad battery kept going off all hours of the day and night. The management company was little to no help. and almost rude and demanding on the day of the funeral to get the mobile units back. They offered a small discount and they only offered another property 45 min away from Hanford. Nothing closer. I have photos and correspondence records if needed. Also, the management company tries to only communicate with text even though I told them several times I was driving and no access to text safely. Their lack of tact and professionalism was disappointing at best.
